Our Engineering Services

From CAD-based tool design and bespoke component development to full reverse engineering using high-precision 3D scanning, we offer a complete in‑house design and engineering service. Our experienced team supports every stage of the process, helping you create accurate, production-ready parts and tooling with confidence.

If you require an aluminium mould tool, we have the capability to manufacture it across almost all moulding processes.

With extensive experience in tool design and precision CNC manufacturing, we produce high‑quality aluminium tooling tailored to your specific process, equipment, and production environment.

Through smart, purpose‑driven design, we make complex fixturing simple. Our capabilities range from basic CNC router fixtures to checking and waterjet fixtures, all engineered to accurately hold or inspect components within your process.

Precision matters, and confidence in your parts is essential. Our full inspection and measurement services give you peace of mind and provide robust support for quality procedures such as PPAP.

We offer our clients an end-to-end service for prototype toolmaking which covers vacuum/thermoform tooling to press tooling.

CAD/CAM

We support industry standard CAD and 3D data formats, allowing seamless data transferfor engineering, tooling, and manufacturing projects. Whether you provide detailedmodels or initial concept files, we can import your data and reverse engineer it intoaccurate, high‑performance tooling components or create new parts from scratch.

Machining capacity

We operate a diverse range of high‑performance CNC machining centres, including multi‑axis and high‑speed milling capabilities. This allows us to produce precision tooling, detailed prototypes, with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Our continual investment in advanced machining technologies ensure a fast turnaround and high‑quality results.

Tool size and materials

We offer large‑format CNC machining, with 3‑axis capacity up to 2200mm x 1600mm x 400mm. Our 5‑axis capability allows us to machine tooling up to 2400mm x 1200mm x 500mm, providing excellent flexibility for complex or detailed work.

Materials used

We commonly machine Ureol/model board for prototyping / CNC trim fixtures and work with a wide range of model board grades to suit specific applications. All production tooling is machined from Aluminium billet or steel dependant on project specification.

Capacity & Lead Times

We currently produce over 100 production‑ready tooling assemblies and CNC trim fixtures every month, combining advanced CNC machining, expert tooling design, and efficient manufacturing processes to support demanding production environments.

Lead times vary by project, but we are often able to progress general tooling from CAD approval to completed tooling and CNC trim fixtures in approximately two weeks.

We operate under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Our commitment to continuous improvement means we consistently aim above the standard to deliver reliable, high‑quality tooling.
